Summary of what happens in this episode:

Enoa created the personalities by more or less constantly rolling dice like D&D, but to a more extreme level. These personalities are stored in the individual's head so be careful.
Mikoto goes out on the mission to meet the fifth. They tried to reason with him but he was too far gone that the only option left was to kill him and take the Idea Code by force.
