Done last year, a month after my Coda clear, but never got around to recording and uploading for a while. Annoying to record a replay of this length, and also I did not really feel very satisfied after clearing. I was pretty mad about choking a final character Bard run to the final boss in a 2h40 run, a couple days before this winning run. Thankfully at that point I had gotten quite consistent. This run I played a lot slower as a result. Mostly clean gameplay in this run, if slow, except I really fumbled a Coral Riff fight as Eli. No idea what I was doing there I'll be honest. Here's a "proper" extremely consistent/brainless setup for Eli CR: • eli cr
If I had to estimate my winrates for each character, at the very end of the grind:
Bolt: 45%
Dove: 60%
Monk/Aria/Cadence: 70-80%
Melody/Eli: 90%+
Dorian/Bard: 95%+
Hard to say. I didn't track any stats, and I only had a single death on Melody/Eli/Dorian/Bard, which was the freak accident on Bard. I just feel that I could win quite often on Bolt/Dove, but also lost quite often. With a little more losing on Bolt and a little more winning on Dove. Judging from my replays between the big choke and the winning run, the rates for the hard 5 characters seem about right, but its a low sample.
I expect without Synchrony buffs, Monk winrate would be closer to Bolt/Dove. With Amplified, I mean Zone 5 isn't that bad, and Eli gets shovel hand, but the main thing is just every run is 25% longer. No thanks.
Difficulty wise this is hard to assess, as its a marathon type of run, but I think its comparable to Coda All Zones. Took about 40 hours, judging from Steam hours and also my tendency to afk at times. A lot of the time was basically just "spent" getting Monk/Aria/Cadence to a good enough consistency to clear. I feel my Bolt/Dove performance was pretty steady from the start, but I definitely improved my consistency on the dagger characters a ton.
