Crytek announce a new Crysis game in development
0The 4th Instalment in the Crysis franchise is currently in development.
With the last entry in the series releasing almost a decade ago, it’s been a while since anything has been heard in the Crysis series.
The only news that we’ve had lately has been a remaster, that released towards the end of last year.
Interestingly, whilst all the previous games in the series have followed a numbered naming convention (Crysis 1, Crysis 2 and Crysis 3), in their announcement teaser, it was made known that Crysis 4 is simply a “Working Title”.
Crysis has always had fantastic graphics for their time, so fans are eager to see what type of graphics Crysis 4 will deliver.
Fans are hoping that Crysis 4, after the almost decade long hiatus, is a return to the form we saw in Crysis 1, that had full sandbox-style destructible environments.
