This is a video about the subject I was supposed to have presented at the 2016 MIGS, but for various reasons I ended up not being in Montreal for it.
So I created this video for everyone to see, so that everybody who was there and everybody else can see and hear what they missed.
It's about game audio and game design and how to combine the two, on a somewhat big scale and it's all about acknowledging that sound can be used as a guidance tool and become part of the players immersion on a different level than just by providing and audio experience alone.
Hope this compensates for those who were there and didn't get the presentation that they expected.
