This level is honestly kinda mid. Some parts look phenomenal, but some parts are a bit disappointing. The gameplay is also super unbalanced, being carried by Vlacc, Viprin, and Nasgubb's parts. The level gets a little consistent after a while, but not too too much. The best part in my opinion is Devon's, it is super fun while looking really nice. Honestly, this level could be made a lot better with a small balance update, but I doubt that will happen. I've heard from others that this level is super refresh rate dependent, so if you're on 144hz I wouldn't recommend this, but if you're on 240hz then go for it.
