Cyberpunk 2077 offers the option for users to continue playing the game on both generation consoles. Having cross-save backwards compatibility. For example, if you bought the game for the PS4, you'll be able to play it with your previous save on the PS5, and vice versa.

If you bought CP2077 on the Xbox One and want to continue playing it with your latest save on the Xbox Series X or Xbox Series X, you'll be able to do so as well, and vice versa.

CDPR explains the steps needed to do it on both Xbox and PlayStation consoles and there are several ways to do so.
