Will the developer enable modding for Cyberpunk 2077, allowing players to MOD the game and add features to it, like a third-person perspective mod?

Will CD Projekt Red will be OK with that and enable a feature to allow the community to alter CP2077 in their own way or not?

Would you like given the option to create MODS for Cyberpunk 2077 or you prefer playing it as it was designed to be played without any modifications?
