0435 | Sergeant Kuznetsova, and 0381 | Cadet Krolikowski were out on patrol, code-1 to a drug deal in progress, that was right around the corner of Vespucci Blvd when they're both taken off guard by a Taxi cab, a early 2000's Ford Crown Victoria P71 traveling the wrong way in the flow of traffic toward them, head on. The vehicle passes, and the Sergeant flips around and attempts a traffic stop on the vehicle, succeeding just in front of red garage. The vehicle and occupants match the description of armed robbery suspects, seen and pursued earlier ending in one Sheriff's vehicle decommissioned in a traffic accident, leaving victims with minor injuries. The vehicle is setup for a felony stop, and assisting Sergeant Deputy 431 | T. Bosco would arrive and position himself for the felony stop to take place. A few moments before asking the driver to exit, gives them enough time to think about their decision. They take off, and start a high speed vehicle pursuit through the busy intersections of downtown L.A. making their way to the Las Angles Expressway, toward Senora. They would go head on with traffic for approximately 500 feet or so, before swapping back over to correct lanes of travel and continuing down the expressway to Paleto bay. At some point, it's unclear. Sergeant Kuznetsova is authorized a PIT, which is succeeded in front of the Senora Freeway mile marker 26 Gas station just before Paleto Bay. The vehicle spins around, and the front passenger opens fire with his .45 ACP handgun, later to be retrieved. The driver, still mobile gets the vehicle traveling in the direction he wants as they continue to open fire on Sergeant Deputy Kuznetsova and Cadet Krolikowski, relentlessly. After traffic is cleared, permission to return fire is given to the Cadet where there's no Civilian traffic. This causes them to go off road and enter the Chiliad State Reserve trail where they continue to fire on officers, and jeopardize innocent lives around them. They would spin out where they pepper the car with .45 ACP, striking Sergeant Kuznetsova in the chest plate with a bullet. Luckily, this would not go through. Lethal PIT from Sergeant Deputy T. Bosco would be successful, causing a vehicle collision, rollover after striking a bolder. All suspects fled on foot, and all were apprehended; Some with more severe injuries than other, although there were no fatalities.
