Haiji has a good bread-and-butter combo: Jump in low kick, low kick , high kick, high punch, qcf+punch (then kick them while they're down, if you can). Just using that combo over and over is enough to get through the regular fights pretty reliably. And Haiji *also* has a super-duper charge punch attack that shrugs off damage, like Ralf's famous Galactica Phantom. Most of the AI characters are good about blocking or dodging that super, but the two boss characters can be baited into eating Haiji's charge punch for massive damage.
