I've been stuck on the toilet with gastro for several days. Naturally it was there that I finally defeated Titanic Lance! Having a no-miss on Zone M was one of the three goals I have left with this game unless I start chasing scores (don't chase Darius scores. Grey orbs lead the path to madness.) The others are of course zones V' and Z'.

OTHER NOTES:
- I use two shot buttons. One that's just the default shot and one that's at 30hz. A lot of players use 30hz the whole time but I prefer to do some rank management by shooting a lower rate when I can get away with it. It's made fights like Neon Light Illusion much more consistent since it no longer opens with an impenetrable wall of bullets.
- To capture Zone D's captain you need to wiggle up and down as it spawns then pause just long enough that it sits still and starts firing. If you time it right you get to point-blank the orb and get a consistent capture. I moved too early here so you can see it try to rise again.
- Couple of sloppy movements during the turrets section of Titanic Lance. I also usually bomb as soon as the helix shellfish deploy but I was slow here and it cost me shields.
- There's very little enemy hitbox around Lance's head so you can be quite close. The hurtbox is janky so you're best off firing at the slowest rate possible. It'll do roughly the same DPS and save you rank gain.
- I sure haven't played Zone S in a while! There's thrilling sights here like me botching the barrage around the yellow pickup and you can see me desperately flailing around the final pyramid trying to remember where the 1-up is hidden. It's after the pyramid.
- Zone Y was a riot. Missed the first blue pickup and wound up dying right before Odious Trident. Fortunately I had the full set of lives so I could just bomb my way to getting the clear.
- 6.8 million is a terrible score.
