Items needed:
Slashing weapon, either a fire longsword or heide knight sword will do.
Strat:
The flexile sentry has 2 enemies merged togheter, you want to fight the torso with clubs as it is slower and easily avoidable, the scimitar torso deal quick slashing strikes and should be avoided.
Approach the club torso, wait for his combo to get your opening, land 1-2 hits, rinse and repeat. If you need to pop estus go some distance behind the column so that the boss cant hit you. The fight is quite easy but this boss hits quite hard if you let yourself get caught without stamina.
