Kill the Scythe / Spear Skeleton Lords first, and take down the spawning skeletons. After everything has been killed take down the Staff Skeleton Lord, and his Skeletons.
The reason why you leave the Staff Skeleton Lord alive is cuz he spawns the Skeleton Wheels, and they are very annoying to fight when there are other Skeletons still alive. They just deal repetitive damage, and can kill you easily.
1st time playing through this.
