One common ganker/co-op player mindset that get's pretty annoying is how often you'll find people who are only willing to fight if they have someone covering them. They'll run away forever only doing turn and burns if anything, then the moment they have their backup they'll have a sudden burst of confidence to actually approach for an attack. If you're alert of your surroundings this can be taken advantage of though.

The easiest go to strategy against this behavior is to attack the backup while setting up a turn and burn opportunity on the other target. If you play locked on to a target, consider unlocking and watching your back while you attack. Depending on your opponents' spacing decide if you need to roll out of there or if you have enough recovery time to turn and burn the other target when he/she has their newfound burst of confidence.
