One behavior I hate about many Dark Souls players is when "backstabs do a lot of damage" + "I can just block and strafe until I get behind them" combine to create circle strafe backstab only players. It completely trivialized many aspects of DS1/DSR pvp and pve by actively seeking to remove as much risk as possible while getting as much return as possible using only one strategy, regardless of what they were fighting. Granted it was very easy to counter in DS1/DSR by merely counter strafing, in addition to a few other strategies, it was still annoying to fight since it made the entire experience one dimensional. Thankfully it doesn't work as well in DS3, because DS3 has a 2 check system for backstabs, so it isn't as common but that doesn't stop some players from trying it.
