Black Knight Sword +5 has 542 AR at 40 Strength and 40 Dexterity.

Sword's weapon Skill drastically boosts wielder's Poise and is commonly found on Hammers (which are oddly slow) and Greathammers (which are really heavy and consume a lot of stamina). Greatswords in general have very good balance between weight and AR, and this particular Skill makes Black Knight Sword even more viable: one can survive and force through a volley of stun-locking attacks and deal some serious damage to the opponent. Be wary: using Skill neither grants you a complete damage resistance, nor lasts forever (only 3-4 seconds).
