I can't think of a reason why a blue phantom would spawn before an invader other than an invader already being in the world. In this invasion though I was the only invader, the one at the end of the clip came in as I was walking past where Vilhelm appears, so it must've been that an invader just died/left. The problem with that though is that the blue summon was allowed to stay even though I wasn't technically in the world yet. Whatever the case really was I think it was a combination of factors and that on some level the matchmaking servers (remember, those are dedicated servers) were just messing up on this day.
