Dark Souls - Challenge of Calamitous Intent (Manus Challenge Kill)
21This was incredibly tough, but after hours of blood, sweat, and swearing at the TV, I finally brought him down. My hands were literally shaking when I finally won. That was one hell of an adrenaline rush!
This is a NG+ kill of Manus, while being cursed and having the calamity ring equipped. Basically any of Manus's attacks are one hit kills. I used a spellsword build, a lot like ENB's very own ist build. I used power within and crystal magic weapon. I also used the red tearstone ring, which would be activated by power within's HP drain.
Apologies for the edit at the end, I was so exited that I'd beaten the boss, I ended the capture without showing my stats! All the facepalms in the world aren't enough. But I think it's pretty clear from my play that I wasn't up to any cheating shenanigans.
