999 Item Glitch (Souls | Humanities)
This works by taking advantage of a glitch discovered in the menu system.

1. Purchase 999 Arrows (Wooden are cheapest)

2. Move the Soul/Humanity you want to consume to the second position

3. Drop any additional Souls/Humanties so you just have 1x

4. Select the Arrows and Drop 999 but press X on Cancel

5. Switch to Options and highlight Brightness

6. Quickly press X + R1 you should see two screens overlapping
If not then Highlight Brightness again and retry

7. Select OK and Quit to close the overlapping screens

8. Select 999 and it will consume the Soul/Humanity 999 times

Weight Duplicatoin Glitch (Giant Shields)
This works by exploiting the 10,000 maximum inventory space and taking advantage of a glitch discovered in the menu system.

1. Buy 1x Giant's Halberd (if you don't already have one)
If you have more than 1x then drop the others somewhere so you just have 1x

2. Add up the weight for all Weapons + Armour
My inventory weight was about ~2500 (~7500 weight spare)

3. Buy enough Giant Shields to just go over 10,000
For me ~7500 weight spare / 18 = ~420x Giant Shields (I buy 425x)

4. Drop your Giant's Halberd and then try to pick it up, if you can't then
you have done it successfully. If you can pick it up then your weight is
still under 10,000 and you need to buy more Giant Shields.

5. Drop about 20x Giant Shields to get your weight back under 10,000

6. Pickup you Giant's Halberd and if you get a number that isn't 1x then it
has worked - for me it showed 7x (it may also be a negative number).

7. Go to the Blacksmith and buy 1x Giant's Halberd but press X on the Cancel.
Now we can duplicate Boss Souls

8. Move the Boss Soul you want to duplicate to the First Position

9. Switch to Options and highlight Brightness

10. Quickly press X + R1 you should see two screens overlapping.
If not then Highlight Brightness again and retry

11. Then press X, DOWN, RIGHT, X

12. Change the number in the Drop Menu to a negative value and click OK
You only need a maximum of 3 of each Boss Soul so any extra is a bonus.

13. Start at Step 7 for all additional Boss Soul duplications
