In this video I showcase how the description of Stopping Power and incorrect weapon damage statements result in stopping power being easily missed as one of the most important stats for any gun. It has HUGE impact (basically on the level of a feat) if you roll it low, so this puts you at the mercy of EVEN MORE RNG to really get good results.
