The version of the video editor used in the video is Davinci resolve 18 but this fix should work on pretty much any version newer or older.
I encountered this problem after i finished editing my video which should be at 60 fps since it's a gameplay video then i noticed the export option only gives me a choice between 24 and 30 fps so i found this fix and decided to publish it here on YouTube to help others with the same issue
