
DAY 8: How to Floor Kong (Learn Parkour At Home!)
My parkour sifu (Coach Edward @ Edpassion) from TOFU Parkour is back at it again, teaching you how to Kong Vault at home, from 🇹🇭!!
A "Kong" vault is a very powerful movement, once executed with proper form, can let you leap and fly over the furthest of obstacles! However, this must be learnt properly, from ground movements. Professional parkour practitioners have practised many times to achieve their level of skill!
It may look simple on the ground, but try it with many repetitions, front and back ;) It will tire and burn your legs incredibly! Mix and match with front, back, and sideways for a full range of motion!
Try it out, you'll find that your body is capable of much more than you think! Be strong and useful during these quarantine days guys!
