To Practice this, set the CPU to Pose = Crouch, Guard = Guard All, Guard Style = Don't Switch.

Note that there are other ways to GB/F ppl, but these are the most CONSISTENT ways I've found so far and can easily be used with popular assist like beams, Yamcha, and SSJ Vegeta. If it is a taller char, This can lead into fuzzy situations as an added bonus.
