DCSS HEWr13 - Looting the Slime Pits
0Looks like The Royal Jelly regenerates Health now - too bad it doesn't help it any in outlasting me. I defeat the Slime Pits, Murder The Royal Jelly, and loot the 4 Vaults for all there worth. I now have the Slimy Rune and my 3rd rune.
Some negative points of entering here was that I got mutated a few times in horrible ways, picking up Berserk 1, Deteriating Body 1, Deformed Body 1, and some minor stat loss. On the bright side though I picked up Mutation Resistance 1.
Noted Aspects:
3:35 - Entering Slime Pits, I notice that the tileset looks different now
7:10 - Buffing up before descending stairs is important in the Slime Pits, here's why

28:00 - I forget that Slime Pits has 6 levels, not 5
30:00 - Okawaru is still gifting me, though he's tapered off a bit
36:25 - Why people say to 'dig corridors 3 tiles wide' in Slime Pits
37:20 - Now then, to Slime Pits:6
45:30 - Where is The Royal Jelly? Oh, there it is! It regenerates apparently in this version
49:55 - Apparently I had missed an area on Slime Pits:4 - let's clean that out
