You need to repair the one of two gens and escape - either the one in the music room, or in the chem lab. I have only ever seen one of these spawned at once, so if there's no gen in one, check the other.

Both rooms are upstairs. During the video I use the point emote when I'm in the relevant room. When the gen is repaired a very loud clock will chime.

The music room - Has a piano, very easy to identify.
The chem lab - Has red trays on the tables and a table of the elements on the wall.

The Midwich Elementary School has increased chances to appear this week, use this to your advantage. The map takes a while to understand due to its labrynthical design.
