In order to unlock the Can You Stop Moving Please?! achievement, you must kill a Werewolf with a Throwing Axe. This takes a few steps to set up, but I will list them here to make it easier.

First off, you must have the Castlevania DLC. Once you have the DLC, start a run, and you want to take the exit to the Castle's Outskirts from the starting biome. This is the first level of the DLC.

Next, you must kill Axe Armors until the blueprint for the Throwing Axe is dropped by one. The Axe Armor enemies are blue and gold with a huge axe in their hands, and will be statues until you get close enough to them. The Axe Armors seem to have a pretty rare chance to drop the blueprint, as I have been through the Castlevania biomes quite a few times before I found one. Just keep at it, and eventually one will drop it for you! Once you have the blueprint, you must purchase the actual weapon with 50 cells.

With the Throwing Axe unlocked, start a new run. Check the tubes near the start where you spawn, and if a Throwing Axe is available, interact with the tube to nab the weapon. If not, pause the game, and restart. This will "reroll" what the tubes have to offer. Just keep checking them until the Throwing Axe is inside of one.

Once you have the Throwing Axe in hand, head to the Castle's Outskirts from the starting biome. Once you have arrived in this biome, simply play through until you find a Werewolf. Kill the Werewolf with a Throwing Axe, and the achievement will unlock!
