In order to unlock the Donk! achievement, you must hit an enemy with a thrown melee weapon from at least 35 meters away. This can be a bit misleading, as a melee weapon is NOT required. You CAN do it with a spare melee weapon you have that you don't need, but you can also just use a Curveball, such as the Electric Star.

I would suggest the Electric Star over the normal Shuriken, as it seems to fly further. Just equip whatever you want to use, and toss it at the enemy. Once you hit the enemy, the achievement will unlock! If you are having trouble, you could also try using Meat Bait since it keeps normal enemies distracted for a while, but it really isn't too hard to get this to pop.
