Finally got a possible solution towards getting good quality recording and 60FPS recordings on the Playstation 4 console, so here's a third test, this time an quick arcade run (Hard difficulty) using Phase-4's newest costume. Hopefully, using this set-up will stick for future recordings of mine like Guilty Gear Xrd REVELATOR & The King of Fighters XIV.
