Jack and Shadow stow away in the truck and are taken to an old abandoned warehouse. (Or so the city thinks.) That is pure gold on the inside and is being used by the criminals as a front for their activities, Jack (Again with Shadows help) battles through them all the way to an underground level. He discovers that they are also using inmates to help with the gold. He kills the inmates in a firefight. (Including Tattoo.) He then fights his way to the top of the mine to the same construction site where his father was murdered, Jack also realizes that his father was killed because he had discovered the gold operation. He battles through more thugs (With Shadow) and takes down a helicopter dropping off more thugs with a rocket launcher, Jack then escapes the construction site and follows Mayor Pinnacle to the Iron Point Pennitentiary.
