I remember back in 2014 me and Kazooie messed around a lot with the boxes behind Muses Gallery in a vain effort to clip through the walls. However, just yesterday I had a breakthrough in this location...

0:00 - just push the outer box twice towards the shed and once towards the bushes. (Or in an emergency, just once towards the shed and once towards the bushes works, but it's a little tighter that way.)

Whenever you "Push" a box, the game auto-positions York in a way that can clip him into adjacent collision. With the two boxes placed like this, you can do this process twice in a row. First clip York slightly deeper into the wall with the first box so that you can access the wall-side prompt of the other box that's even closer to the wall. This is enough to fully clip York through.

Unfortunately, there isn't much floor out of bounds. To note, if you fall down and hit the bottom of the map, you get a game over and wake up at the hospital (just like after getting any game over).

0:53 - I tried seam walking towards the shed to access it early, but it seems there's a small "lip" of collision that gets in the way.

1:09 - then, there are some results of other random tests. For instance, I tried using a flare while falling out of bounds. The animation of the flare (plus the subsequent loading time) is too slow to work even if you cast the flare right at the start of the fall. One way or another, you will get a game over during the flare cutscene.

1:30 - I tried to see what happens if you die of hunger while falling out of bounds. Well... you just die once instead of twice, but it still looks curious.

1:49 - If you fall out of bounds and it's midnight, you get an out of bounds cutscene. Afterwards, your fall resumes as usual.

2:20 - using radio while falling out of bounds. Although the radio menu opens as usual, and you get a loading screen to indicate quick traveling, it seems that your location is not actually changed and you resume falling at the same position as you did previously.

Using the radio deeper out of bounds, it's likely that you get a game over before the loading screen appears. The quick travel-menu and the game over-screen are then visually overlapped, although only the latter can be controlled. If you choose to continue, the loading screen flickers once (perhaps a side effect of the game forcibly closing the quick travel menu?) before things continue as normal and you wake up at the hospital. If you don't continue, you instead get the game over screen overlapped with the quick travel-menu.
