Death Trash Review Early Access | Challenging RPG In A Strange World
Death Trash is weird. Death Trash is meaty. Death Trash is a post-apocalyptic RPG that’s sort of like Fallout and it’s out on Steam Early Access right now. Deputy editor Alice Bell recently played through the first portion of the game, and it has intrigued her enough that she wants more. Check out her thoughts in this Death Trash review (of the Early Access portion, of course) and watch some of that grim Death Trash gameplay.

It goes without saying… Death Thrash is weird. In Alice’s Death Trash Early Access review you’ll hear just how strange things get. There’s a big meaty creature that’s a bit like Cthulhu, but all they want is a few friends, and in the Death Trash gameplay you’ll also see some people engaging in a puking competition. While it’s difficult to tell how deep it’ll go with its RPG-ness in terms of the story, the four or five hours available in Early Access are definitely worth a look.
However, keep in mind that DeathTrash is tough. Apart from a short tutorial at the beginning, it’s not a game that holds your hand. You have plenty of weapons at your disposal, of course, and some people will love the unforgiving combat, but it might be a turn off for some. With that said, as Alice mentions in her Death Trash review, it’s very satisfying once things start to click.
It’s mentioned in the video, and a few times in this description, but this is a Death Trash Early Access review – this isn’t RPS’ final verdict on the game or anything like that. That’ll come whenever developer Crafting Legends releases the full game. If you’re looking for more of Alice’s thoughts on Death Trash, then be sure to have a read of her Death Trash review (again, of the Early Access version) on the website (https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/death-trash-early-access-review)
