Deathloop - Let's Play Part 1 - Yup. We dated! This video is Part 1 of an adventure into Deathloop's world. In this series we take on the challenges Deathloop has to offer and explore the gameplay, from the beginning and through to the end. In the 1st part of this adventure:

I knew that Deathloop will be quite generous when it comes to dying over and over again. But I did not expect this adventure to begin with my character dying at the hands of Julianna and her machete.

But guess what? The day resets and I’m back on that beach, thinking it was a nightmare and that it’s probably time to stop drinking.

But hey, things can get weirder. After catching my breath, I start walking and not long after that, I start seeing messages left by… someone for me… written in the air...

Guided by the messages and instinct, I stumbled inside an underground base. Here, on a board, I found a map of the island and information about the 8 targets that I have to take care of.

I found Julianna again in a fancy house, on the cliffside and things got even weirder. Apparently she has an ability called Karnesis, and with it, she picks me up, pushes me through a window, gets even more pissed off and then slams me back to the ground.

Here come the messages… again. This time, it said: “Jump”. That’s it. Short and sweet. And so I found myself jumping off the cliffs, to my death, only to be caught by… another… me. I didn’t even have the chance to understand the situation 'cause out of nowhere, Julianna teleports next to… us and point blank shotguns the other me… dropping… me me.

Guess who died and came back to life again? Me! This time, as I left the base, I found my very first slab! It’s called Reprise and it allows me to die 2 more time, without having the day reset. Preeeeetty freakin’ awesome slab to have.

I needed to get some information from what looks like to be my apartment. On my way there, I climbed on top of the buildings and saw my goal in the distance, the thing making the loop, the thing that I need to destroy.
