Deathsmiles 2: Better Than ‘Yes, And’ - MCIHAD
The dads are gone! Christmas in imperiled! And now Santa Claus himself, who may or not be the fell Dad Ultima, Bleak Source of All Dads, must be killed. Such is the inciting incident that prompts us down the road to ruin that is Deathsmiles 2, the thoroughly unanticipated followup to the perennial Deathsmiles 1. Tune in thrillfully to hear some upfront deets regarding our abortive comedy stylings, the likes of which we might get to produce should we ever come by a suitable budget. Bonus for everyone: the amusing anecdote of how Keith took charge of the Trouble Planet Patreon, with the expected results. Nick once again finds himself ensconced within an unwelcome pentagram.

Deathsmiles II: Makai no Merry Christmas (デススマイルズII 魔界のメリークリスマス lit. Netherworld's Merry Christmas?) is a horizontal side scrolling shoot 'em up arcade game by Japanese developer Cave, released in 2009. It is the third Cave shoot 'em up to be played using a horizontally-oriented monitor (preceded by Progear and the original Deathsmiles). Deathsmiles II is also the first CAVE arcade game to use polygons instead of their traditional sprites for graphics.
