This fight is a little bit RNG dependent. The main sources of RNG are:
(1) After the first break, the dragon cannot lock the ice weakness. If the dragon lock the ice weakness (with 40% chance to happen), a reset is needed.
(2) The dragon will move twice in a trun. The 1st move from the dragon cannot be AoE wind sweep. [ I redo this fight for multiple times (10+), this situation only happen once. :-) ]

There are several important notes:
(1). Rinyuu's HP should be higher than 2800+, so that she could survive the dragon fire from trun 1.
(2). At turn 5 and turn 12, the dragon will use its aura attack for its first move, which is a 4-hit dragon claw. Therefore, Fiore EX should use the physical counter rather than magical counter. The second move at turn 5 and 12 can be wind attack, which will send Fiore EX to the back row, but it doesn't matter.
(3). At turn 8 when the dragon recovers from the 1st break, it will do an AOE wind. All front row character are highly likely to be forced to switch except Fiore EX. Therefore, doing nothing in this turn is OK.
(4). At the begining of turn 13, the dragon will enter the 3rd phase. In this phase, the dragon claw will become 3 hit. On turn 13, the first move from the dragon will always be 3-hit dragon claw (based on my experience). In this turn, Fiore EX should use the physical counter rather than magical counter.

In conclusion, this fight is difficult for magic team. I don't even know whether it is possible to beat +10 dragon using a pure magic team in current phase of the game. Compare to a physical sword team with Richard, Rondo and A2, the magic team simply does not have enough firepower. Therefore, I DO NOT recommend to do this fight with magic team.

However, the reason why I mange to complete this fight is that Cyrus is my favorite character in the Game :-) and I want to complete some challenging contents with him :-)
