0Defenders of the Omniverse is a promising new released roguelike with an 80’s cartoon vibes in development. The beginning might feel slow, but you can upgrade your active and passive skills before starting a game. Similar to Vampire Survivors, the more you play, the stronger you become. The cost of upgrades is fair, and the benefits they provide are substantial, unlike the in-game upgrades, which feel more restricted. Once you unlock some items in the shop, the game becomes much more enjoyable. Defenders of the Omniverse is a fantastic game that I think has tons of potential.
