Witchfire is an amazing roguelike fps with a heavy focus on shooting and casting a wide variety of light and heavy spells in developmet. It's a great game to pick up and play for an hour or so, then come back day after day. Progression is clear (stats that work exactly like Dark Souls, weapon upgrades based on actual use of that weapon, and a "difficulty/complexity" stat called gnosis). Witchfire's gunplay is excellent, very Destiny-like. They have made the game significantly more approachable, which was a change for the better and does not cheapen the overall difficulty later on. Visually, the game is absolutely stunning. I can't help but gawk at the surroundings every step of the way. It's all very striking and feels about as 'next-gen' as can be. They really optimized the performance since the launch. Can't wait for future updates. Hope you enjoy my video.
