Be My Horde | NEW - Roguelike with a genius gameplay loop and delightful upgrades!
0Be My Horde is a super unique top-down 2D survival roguelike in development. It's an incredible game, one of the best necromancer games I've played. Be My Horde's gameplay is pretty straightforward. You turn nearby corpses into minions, the minions fight enemies, and then you bolster your forces with your fallen foes. Since your main offensive power consists of the same things you're fighting, the game largely comes down to pursuing groups of enemies that are weaker than your army and avoiding fights with stronger groups. It's simple, but it's fun. The challenge mostly comes from special waves that move in specific patterns at certain intervals. The goal is to survive 30 minutes, though the game continues endlessly until your necromancer dies. I would absolutely love to see this game get expanded even more. More time eras, such as modern units and weaponry, more scrolls of fate, maybe some more risqué outfits for our mistress... I would love a more direct way for the Mistress to fight. There are some scrolls that kind of let you do that but I'd love to see it expanded upon more. Can't wait to see what else gets added to the game. Hope you enjoy my video.
