Demo plays XCOM 2 war of the chosen ironman - 45
0Hello all and welcome to my let’s play! Join me in watching me fail through my ironman playthrough of XCOM 2 war of the chosen! Its the 5th time and we amped up the difficulty somewhat because of that.
Today we start with a guerilla ops in our most favourite of all places. Tunnels. I swear, XCOM 2 has a way of getting under your skin and that only intensified when War of the Chosen came around as an expansion. They know exactly how to get under your skin -_-
Location aside, this is a fairly easy guerilla ops as all enemies are revealed from the start thanks to a beneficial sitrep. We quikly neutralize the relay and the enemies on the map. Include the 2 Faceless and Chrysallids that are hidden at the start of the mission.
On the geoscape we get skullmining complete, and we get our cover actions intercepted. Flash and Die Jager make their way to the exit (mostly) unscathed while leaving a pile of corpses behind.
Before we can finish the episode we get a council mission to free 1 of our soldiers who was captured earlier. We will want to do that next episode before we start taking on the Chosen and then later, the final mission of the campaign.
