I was working on Azure Catacombs at this time, but I was still struggling with its overall design and cubic structure. So to take a break, I came across a level named Jagerbomb from Celest of the Descent Task Force. I loved its overall design and saw great potential in a remake. He agreed to let me do that and Arbiter Grounds popped out! I kept the overall design functionally the same, however I added an additional tunnel from one half of the level to the other to better serve the flow of gameplay.
