Part 4 - Operation: Epic Fail!

Continuing off from last time, Classic Sonic and Tails go through the Mystic Jungle where there is a casino there and eventually bumps into the rookie who discovers a Phantom Ruby prototype which activates upon touching it. Sonic finally reunites with his best friend and his past self, but the resistance finds out that Shadow is found in the city, but it was found out that the Shadow Sonic came across was a Phantom Ruby clone of the real Shadow the Hedgehog who manages to save Sonic just in time. Meanwhile, the rookie goes on a mission along with the resistance in an attack strategy called "Operation: Big Wave" but the plan falls into despair as Infinite uses the Phantom Ruby to send the plans into haywire. The rookie then confronts Infinite who then manages to escape after his second defeat. Will the resistance be able to stop Eggman in time? Find out in the next set of parts of Sonic Forces.

The unlikely has finally happened! Sonic has been defeated by a mysterious force and Dr. Eggman has finally managed to rule the world (since the Sonic Archie comics, Sonic SATam and Sonic Underground are not officially part of the canon). But a resistance has formed with Knuckles the Echidna leading to fight back with a newcomer rookie joining to stop Eggman's plans and find Sonic. Together with Sonic, his Classic counterpart and the rookie, the resistance can fight back but who is that mysterious force? Find out in Sonic Forces, the most polarizing Sonic game in years!
