Here it is: a strategy for the Destroyer that doesn't rely on Greater Awakening setups.

-Note 1: Nazrin, Komachi, Rinnosuke and Keine aren't necessary at all, I added them just for the increased rewards via Appraiser and the Violet Green Rupee equip.
-Note 2: I used Holy Sword Virdalik for Eiki because it's a high level, ATK boosting item that's easily accessible via Akyuu's shop. If you have anything stronger available to use, like Muramasa or Scourge, I *strongly* suggest giving it to Eiki. If you get Eiki to 300K ATK, you can easily cleanup this boss in about 2 to 3 uses of Final Judgment.

Here are the party members that matter for this strategy:

Enchanter Renko: Her role is to buff on the first tank and (ideally) be a Slot 1 tank. Since Enchanter boosts the power of buffs, it's important to have the same Subclass as in the video. Her bonuses are put into HP.

Yukari: Her role is to use Spiriting Away. That's it. The only pre-requisite for Yukari is that she has to have a lot of MP, enough to let her act immediately after using Spiriting Away so that she can swap in Akyuu. If you can't drum up enough MP just with Equips, Subclassing as Magician is also an option (each class comes with passive stat boosts, and Magician increases MP)

Hexer Cirno: Her role is to swap out Aya and then either die so that her passive skill, Blizzard Blowout, can slow down the Destroyer, or use Numbing Incense to inflict HVY on the boss. Bonuses are on SPD.

Diva Chen: Her role, if necessary, is to tag in for Eiki, activating Instant Attack, and then instantly tag out. I'll admit, I didn't use her in many runs but she's an option to have. Bonuses are on SPD, Diva was used because it also passively increases SPD (like Magician and MP).

Strategist Aya: Her role is to give other character turns. Her Strategist subclass also increases Eiki's damage if she's in the front row. Her bonuses are put into SPD.

Elementalist Sanae: Needed primarily for her passive skill which increases SPI damage. I gave her Elementalist as an option to boost Eiki's attack too, but it's not necessary. Consider using it if things go really bad though. Her bonuses are put into HP to help her survivability.

Herbalist Akyuu: One of the two core characters in this strategy. We want her doing one of two things: protecting one of her party members with her Invincibility skill (with Eiki being the highest priority, though she can also use it on Sanae or Aya if the situation demands) or using Herb of Awakening on Eiki whenever she runs out. It's very important that she stays out on the field, as one of her passives increases damage done against weaknesses by 16%. Her bonuses are put into SPD.

Holy Blessing Eiki: The other core character in this strategy. All she really has to do is use Last Judgment and hopefully not die. Because of Holy Blessing and all the damage modifiers we're giving her (Strategist boost, Akyuu Weakness boost, Sanae SPI boost, Herb of Awakening etc.) she'll be doing a lot more damage than normal. Her bonuses are put into ATK

Assuming you have comparable enough levels and stats, here's what the first set of turns should look like:

Aya: Divine Grandson's Advent on Yukari
Yukari: Spiriting Away
Yukari: Switch self for Akyuu
Renko: Charge
Aya: Divine Grandson's Advent on Renko
Renko: Charge
Eiki: Last Judgment
Akyuu: Wise Protective Art on Eiki
Aya: Switch self for Cirno

After Cirno tags in for Aya, the Destroyer will get his first turn. Everything after this is random and depends on what the Destroyer does. I'm not going to go through every possible permutation of this fight but here's what to expect:

If the Destroyer uses Severing Flash: Renko should survive, Akyuu could either dodge or die but Resurrection activates, Cirno probably dies (activating Blizzard Blowout) and Eiki is safe because of Protective Arts. Note 1: if the Destroyer uses Half-Moon Slash, Eiki will lose HP but get to keep her use of Protective Arts. Note 2: it's entirely possible for the strategy to fail if Akyuu's Resurrection fails to proc, which it could. The success rate on the passive is 90%

If Cirno survives in Slot 3, have her use Numbing Incense
Renko should switch out Slot 3 for Sanae
Akyuu should use Herb of Awakening on Eiki
Eiki uses Last Judgment

After that it's a toss up. The endgame is to have Aya in Slot 1, Akyuu in 2, Sanae in 3 and Eiki in 4. Aya wants to give turns to Eiki, but you want to swap Renko for her late as possible because Eiki's Holy Blessing will eat away at Aya (and other frontline characters') MP. Sanae could use her Elementalist boost on Eiki, but I find it better if she buffs other characters (so they get turns faster). This strategy isn't 100% consistent, but it's consistent enough that can retry until you get good RNG and easily win. I actually recorded and compiled a few other successful attempts here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=svIj5bKqvj8
