Sadly, Yukari is still not as threatening as her LOT1 incarnation. I can't remember how her original LOT2 fight went, but IIRC the main changes are her habit of using Spiriting Away after a certain no. of turns as well as the addition of her Shikigami special (i.e. at two certain HP thresholds, she'll summon the previously fought Shadow Ran and Chen).

Of these two additions, I'd say the Spiriting Away is more dangerous. Not because Yukari without debuffs is a threat on her own but because Spiriting Away sets her gauge at around 8800. If you're not turn counting like you should be, it can definitely catch you off-guard.

Meanwhile, the Shikigami summoning is basically a free opening on Yukari (she uses a turn to summon the Shikigami, who aren't capable of actually attacking, she then uses a separate turn to charge up her attack which will auto KO any Shikigami still alive when she uses it). If your DPS is high enough, you can cause Yukari to be stuck using her two mandatory uses of her Shikigami while she dies. Just be careful about killing the two Shikigami if you want to take full advantage of this scenario; in one run, I killed Ran and Chen too quickly and this caused Yukari to use her Shikigami attack earlier than I intended her to.

As you can see from the recommended challenge level and my own party's level, it's really not that hard of a fight.

As for specific comments about this team and Yukari: Suwako seems like a real hard counter to this boss. MAG-build Suwako can target both Yukari and the Shikigami's weakness while also taking advantage of Yukari's own weakness to debuffs. Speaking of weaknesses to debuffs, debuffers perform well here. Mamizou works particularly well (she can actually target SIL at the same time). Just beware Yukari's EVA stat. Yukari dodged Discarder way more times than I would have liked.

I made this fight look relatively easy, and it generally is, but I do admit that Kanako's Authority Passive did quite a bit of heavy lifting here. What I mean is that if you're running a Moriya team and you DON'T have Kanako's Greater Awakening, Kanako isn't guaranteed to survive Yukari's hits like in this video

Oh yeah. I put Yuyuko and Youmu onto this team. I mostly wanted to take advantage of Youmu's NTR attack. I forgot that Yuyuko and Youmu needed Greater Awakening to actually get passive boosts from one another. Rewatching the footage, Youmu's (already impressive damage) would have been even crazier if I'd managed to sneak in a Herb of Awakening there.
