We complete some left-over quests for the mob and then go ahead to uncurse the key. It tries to bribe us from uncursing it. Then we move on and have another weird dream about the... Shadow President?

There is hobo code on the tail of the submarine. It requires 10 Hobo Code Knowledge to translate. It says "DISAPPOINTING LACK OF SANDWICHES INSIDE". It will give you 20 XP. Now check the window to the left, you'll need 7 Mysticality to see what's inside. It will tell you that the Torpedo Tube Pressure is 19PSI. This is important for later.

Now go inside the Submarine and head to the left. Turn the dial on the internal pressure. Set it to 19 PSI. Now head to the torpedo hatch to obtain a barrel of tequila and 35 XP. The washing machine contains a mildewy sailor's hat.

In order to enter the bottom deck, you would need a diving helmet. You can obtain this outside Fission Chips, in the S. I. T. Campus. Head to the hatch on the left go to the lower deck. Once you're underwater, go to the right and open the lockbox to obtain a pile of silver bars.
You can head back to Ocean City and inform them of the job done. After reporting to Don, They will give you the location to the Radio Shack.

You'll enter the dream sequence as a girl. Read the diary and add an entry to move to the next sequence. Talk to Pointdexter to move to the next sequence. Now check the radio on the table and record your announcement. You'll be forced to choose the option 1 for the announcement. Once you're done, keep talking to the next npcs in the following scenes until you exit the dream.

Exit the bedroom and Jessica will givey ou the map of Gray County and the location to Jasper's Feed and Tack. Take the bus to Gray County to start the next chapter.
