This mission is a boss fight against the final form of Urizen. He's very similar to Urizen 2, but he's dropped the tentacles and shield in favor of getting some physical punches and kicks, some of which make shockwaves. He can also now use Vergil's Summoned Swords, though now they're a pinkish-purple color and are used more like how Nelo Angelo used them. Man, with Vergil himself, Nelo Angelo, V, and Urizen, Vergil has a lot of different incarnations of himself in this series.

I still find this fight easier than other versions of Urizen, simply because you don't have to go through the shield's HP just to hurt his now. However, Urizen is more aggressive. He still retains the boss moves he copied from other bosses and can activate them in very quick succession to keep a constant flow of attacks coming your way. He can also now teleport around to either get closer to punch you or make distance to spam projectiles.

At low HP, he'll start spamming the Artemis laser's back to back to make several to dodge at once and he can punch the ground to cause a wave of spikes to pierce you from below, then punch you and destroy them all if you get caught in them. Royal Guard is surprisingly good for blocking the Summoned Swords if you can time it right and not get your guard broken. Otherwise, just make use of Trickster to avoid his attacks.

After this battle we finally see the return of Vergil, sporting a new black attire and a new face that is by far the most jarring and hard to get used to! But having the proper voice makes it much easier to feel like Vergil, just like Dante and Nero.
