Devuan 4.0 Alpha is based on Debian 11 Available to Download and Test before officially stable release.
In February the developers of the Devuan distribution had with version 3.1.0 introduced a third init system , Runit, and Systemd was not one of them. Devuan has followed Debian’s releases since 2014, but removed Systemd. While the versions 3.x are based on Debian 10 »Buster«, the now released Devuan »Chimaera« 4.0 Alpha follows the Debian 11 »Bullseye«, which is due for release soon.
The Devuan website does not yet reflect the release following the initiation of the full freeze for Debian 11 over the weekend. However, on the NLUUG mirror , the images are already available as live ISO in 32- and 64-bit. If Devuan is already installed, the source list can also be adapted to the testing repository:

Back in April Devuan 4.0 alpha builds began for this Debian fork/downstream that aims for init system freedom by allowing Debian GNU/Linux to work without a dependence on systemd. Devuan 4.0 is tracking upstream Debian 11 quite closely with its changes.
Following this weekend's full freeze for Debian 11 "Bullseye", the Devuan project has now published a new set of ISOs.
A new round of Devuan 4.0 "Chimaera" alpha builds were published today for incorporating the latest upstream Debian 11 packages and changes paired with Devuan's init/systemd sanitization work.
Those interested in testing these latest alpha builds for Devuan 4.0 can find the new releases via the mirror.
Debian 11.0 should be officially released within the next quarter and it's looking like Devuan 4.0 stable will be close behind.
Debian 11 continues inching closer towards release and it looks like the developers maintaining the "Devuan" fork won't be far behind with their re-base of the distribution focused on init system freedom.
The Devuan fork of Debian remains focused on providing Debian GNU/Linux without systemd. Devuan Beowulf 3.1 is their latest release based on Debian 10 while Devuan Chimaera is in the works as their re-base for Debian 11.
Early alpha builds for Devuan 4 "Chimaera" are available from Devuan's mirrors.
There isn't much more to share at this point besides Devuan working to provide prompt support for Debian 11 without systemd.
