Note: All 3 characters are EX+3LB and bloom passive. Lightning has her and Hope's sphere equipped. Amidatelion has its LD and its sphere. Aphmau has 3x Royal Puppeteer Boost ** and her sphere.

Lightning is still very good. I have her use S1, EX, AA, HP+, S2 rotation. So Army of One+ offers 3-turn delay instead of 2. Aphmau should use her EX, HP+/BRV+ x2, and skill. Save all Ami's delete skills and LD uses in wave 1. Before finishing off the Lizard in wave 1, use your summon and kill in the summon.

Have Ami delete those Zu's boss' turns. Try to upkeep its framed buff with Comet but prioritize on deleting the boss turns. You should have sufficient time to upkeep her buff with S1 or use her EX. Lightning should keep delay the enemies. Try to use her EX in Ravager stance with S1, EX, AA, HP+, S2 rotation for 3 turn delay. The boss will be dead before it gets a turn. It seems possible even Lightning doesn't have her enhancement boards since I have a lot of turns left.
