Now that Machina has c90 he gets really good since he can equip UWs
Essentially the run is
- do Machina BT+
- charge FR gauge
- Do Kam FR
- Go into one biiiiiig BT mode with Machina

Kam'lanaut has FRBT, but I didn't use his BT+, and a 1/5 UW. His UW doesn't matter though
I gave him Kurasame LDCA. If you don't have this call, you need to give Machina a self ice enchant call like Cater and find another way to launch eg Selphie friend.
Machina with 5/5 UW, force level 30 and Raines LDCA. If you dont have Raines, get a Selphie friend.
Penelo FR level 13. Shantoto call. If you don't have Toto call you can use Arciela base call, or get Kam'lanaut to use BT+ at the start.

Reset until Machina goes first. Use both Raines LDCA targeting Penelo then go BT+
Note: if you want to do a bit more damage, you can have both Raines call target Kam'lanaut instead so that he can use Kurasame LDCA and BT+ before Penelo's turn. But your turn count will +1 from this.

Spam s1 and s2, use her calls until summon and FR gauge is at 100%
Swap her for Garnet, use BT+, AA then summon
2:24 Summon Mode
Kam uses Kurasame LDCA then FR. Position Machina to get last turn inside summon mode so that he can use LD on that turn
