This was a lot harder to figure out than my regular run as it seemed to be very turn order sensitive, it's actually a deceptively strict run in that sense. I found this strategy could only really work if Garnet went first. Most of the time Serah went first and usually got one too many turns in the turn order because of that, letting the boss charge the gauge right before Tifa's turn to use her Force Time. Tifa going first is a death sentence because I need to break all three enemies simultaneously to prevent them from getting any turns at the start.

Garnet sets up Thunder Enchant, her BT effect, and Minwu LDCA. Tifa uses Battle Cry and LD and then gets a turn right after to set up Raines LDCA and her BT effect. Then Garnet's next turn is just throwing out her LD. Then Serah uses Lunafreya LDCA to give Tifa an extra turn next turn, and to give her a chance to raise her BT effect stacks by debuffing. In order to do this properly, I used her S1 on the first Quick Prayer turn for 1 stack, used her AA on the second as it's a throwaway turn, and then Serah's LD. The reason for this is because Serah's LD only counts as debuffing the target the first time it's used, as it upgrades her unframed debuffs to framed, but otherwise doesn't debuff. But using Serah's S1 on the last turn of Quick Prayer led to her getting high turn rate and getting ANOTHER turn before Tifa, which let the boss charge the gauge. So this specific order was necessary.

After that just Tifa FR and Burst phase. After the burst phase, Garnet will have next turn and you can use Minwu regular CA to set off the traps on the boss to get rid of the green aura. Then just FR Echoes to finish.

This is a little short of the healing requirement for an S-Grade run. Could probably find room on Serah's turns in the summon phase to throw out the regular Lunafreya CA, which would have provided enough to pass it if you are doing this run, didn't matter for me personally though in this case.
