A lot of people have been asking similar questions on my preparing for Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls videos - "Shouldn't we avoid making Archon and WW sets when those builds are getting nerfed?" In this video I answer that question and explain why it's not something you should be worried about.

Basically, don't be afraid to buy and use an Archon Wizard or WW Barb set now even knowing those builds are getting nerfed - you will have to replace your gear within a few levels of the new content anyway! If you want to farm and enjoy D3 before the expo then go ahead and build whatever character you like! There's no point worrying about the build changes yet.
