This is just a quick (well.. 45 bloody minutes) video showcasing some of the slightly more advanced building techniques that I've discovered over my hundreds of hours building in Fallout 4.


Here is the deal.
- There are no item mods in here. Only modded build height and console commands for unlimited settlement budget and materials.
- There are no 'no-clip' tricks, using 'tcl' console commands and so on.
- Everything snaps legitimately, nothing is guesstimated.

And with these simple techniques alone, you can build a whole bunch of unique looking structures in Fallout 4.
