The comic book creator had a cameo! When Wade Wilson goes to the ‘Sister Margarets’ bar he walks past two patrons, one of which was played by Rob Liefeld. Liefeld is a comic book creator and one of the co-creators of the character Deadpool. While his cameo is only short, it was initially meant to be bloodier with his hand accidentally getting stabbed to poke fun at his infamously bad drawings in his comics. However, there was a fault with the prop knife and so the scene was removed, leaving just a cameo of him saying hello to Wade.
